Please read these terms carefully before using the CarServ24 platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CarServ24 platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Rynoex Softech PVT LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering for an account, booking a service, or otherwise using the Platform, you ("User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

CarServ24 is an online marketplace that connects vehicle owners ("Customers") with verified automotive service providers ("Workshop Partners"). The Platform facilitates service discovery, booking management, job card generation, invoicing, and communication between parties.

CarServ24 acts as an intermediary platform and is not itself a vehicle repair or maintenance service provider. The actual services are performed by independent Workshop Partners.

3. User Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform
  • You must be a legal resident of India or have a registered business entity in India (for Workshop Partners)
  • You must have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements

3.2 Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account without prior written consent

4. Workshop Partner Terms

4.1 Registration and Verification

  • Workshop Partners must complete our verification process, including submission of valid business registration, GST certificate, and facility details
  • All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete
  • CarServ24 reserves the right to reject or revoke partner status at its sole discretion
  • Partners must maintain their verification status and promptly update any changes in business details

4.2 Service Standards

  • Partners must provide services as described in their profiles and booking confirmations
  • Partners must maintain adequate insurance for their operations and customer vehicles
  • Partners must issue GST-compliant invoices for all transactions
  • Partners must respond to booking requests within the timeframes specified by CarServ24

5. Customer Terms

  • Customers must provide accurate vehicle information when making bookings
  • Customers must honour confirmed appointments or cancel with adequate notice (minimum 2 hours)
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring vehicles are accessible for scheduled pickups
  • Payment for services must be made as agreed at the time of booking

6. Booking and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when both the Customer and the Workshop Partner have received confirmation via the Platform. Verbal commitments outside the Platform are not binding on CarServ24.

6.2 Cancellation by Customer

  • Free cancellation if cancelled more than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • A cancellation fee of 10% of the service amount may apply for last-minute cancellations
  • No-shows may result in account restrictions

6.3 Cancellation by Workshop

  • Workshop Partners who frequently cancel bookings may face penalties or deactivation
  • Customers will receive full refunds for workshop-initiated cancellations

7. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
  • CarServ24 may charge a platform fee or commission on transactions as per the Partner Agreement
  • Refunds for cancelled or disputed services will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • CarServ24 does not guarantee refunds for services completed as described but unsatisfactory to the customer — disputes must be raised within 48 hours of service completion

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information or reviews
  • Attempt to bypass or manipulate our verification or rating systems
  • Contact customers or workshops outside the Platform to avoid platform fees
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any part of the Platform
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or CarServ24 staff

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software is the property of Rynoex Softech PVT LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CarServ24 is not liable for damages or losses resulting from service quality issues with Workshop Partners
  • CarServ24 is not responsible for vehicle damage, theft, or loss while in the care of Workshop Partners
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved through:

  • Step 1: Direct negotiation between parties for a minimum of 15 days
  • Step 2: Mediation facilitated by CarServ24's dispute resolution team
  • Step 3: Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings in Mumbai, Maharashtra

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Termination

CarServ24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our business discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we will provide notice via email or in-platform notifications.
